We are now recruiting a IT & Azure Team Lead for one of our clients, a company specializing in IT solutions and business consulting, focusing on the implementation of management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field, with proven experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, data center services, and cloud technologies, coupled with proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, with a history of successfully guiding and developing teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-evolving technology landscape, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Results-oriented, customer-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with the willingness to travel nationally and internationally for project needs.

Responsabilities:
• Lead and manage the IT & Azure Operational/Helpdesk team and its staff.
• Oversee infrastructure, including Active Directory (ADs), Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure, backups, and system monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards by managing and validating internal department processes.
• Handle commercial management of the department, including preparing commercial proposals.
• Manage partnerships with external suppliers and vendors.
• Address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee and manage internal team projects to ensure successful outcomes.
