Position: IT Delivery Manager

Location: Porto (Hybrid work: 3 days per week at the office)

Language: English fluent

What You’ll Do:

In this key role, you'll support the infrastructure team in managing KPIs, tracking vulnerabilities, ensuring SLAs, and handling audits. Your responsibilities include:

• Reporting & KPIs:
  • Create monthly and weekly reports on Infrastructure, Security, and EUS KPIs.
  • Build dashboards and presentations on SLAs, progress, and vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on financial status, risks, and issues.

• Vulnerability Management:
  • Manage vulnerability reports, ensuring timely actions and follow-ups.
  • Identify vulnerability gaps and coordinate remediation actions with technical teams.
  • Provide detailed KPI views on vulnerabilities, including progress, ETA, and status.

• Audit & Compliance:
  • Contribute to audit preparations and ensure timely delivery of required evidence/documentation.
  • Handle operational tasks related to compliance requirements.

• Continuous Improvement:
  • Support automation efforts to improve KPI reporting accuracy.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports for all Infrastructure scopes (DB, System, Network, Security, EUS).

What We’re Looking For:

• IT Delivery Management & Reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure (Linux, Windows, AWS).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
• Ability to manage vulnerabilities and remediation plans effectively.
• Strong communication skills and experience in delivering reports to multiple stakeholders.
