Position: IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)
Location: Porto (Hybrid)
What You’ll Do:
The main goal is to support the infrastructure team by building monthly/weekly reports regarding KPI, following vulnerabilities and guaranteeing SLAs delivered to different companies, organizing governance, leading the remediation action plans when needed, and collecting the required audit evidence/documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience with IT Delivery Management.
- Expected skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, JIRA, Infrastructure Knowledge (Linux, Windows, AWS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI.
- Fluent in English.
