We are seeking a skilled IT Demand Specialist & Project Portfolio Coordination (m/f) to join our client team. In this role, you will manage the IT project portfolio and capacity planning to maximize the value delivered to the business. You will maintain the IT Demand Management Portal, acting as the primary point of contact for all IT demands, consulting stakeholders to formalize requests, and ensuring timely responses. Additionally, you will identify risks, interdependencies, and overlaps in the IT project portfolio, developing solutions to address them effectively. Your contributions will also include creating a transparent delivery roadmap, reporting IT performance KPIs, and aligning IT strategic portfolio planning with annual investment plans. Requirements for this position includeBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Telecommunications. At least 5 years of professional experience in IT controlling, demand management, or IT portfolio management. Proficiency in creating business cases and utilizing portfolio management tools, including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and PowerApps, is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
