 IT Functional Analyst:

descrição da função/job description

Collect and classify Technological Demands, IT Requirements, Business Needs and Non-Functional Requirements from internal Business Areas when a request is received in IT.

Understand with Business Areas the purposes, ideas and objectives behind technological business needs and convert them to a technical vision that can be worked / understood by IT Teams.

Support IT teams and mainly Architecture team in the concept of new solutions, and on the Application lifecycle management

Suggest enhancements and ensure solutions meet business requirements

Provide support to different IT teams creating and updating functional documentation

Participate in technological projects providing functional support.

Collect Solutions, estimations and plans from IT teams providing them to Business (Converting technical solutions to a business understanding perspective with the help of the IT teams).

Support the Demand Management process and IT Portfolio, supporting the elaboration of Forecasts and Reports related with demand Status.

requisitos/requirements

IT Knowledge and Background

Functional Analysis Knowledge (Requirement analysis).

Ability to document and design flows / diagrams all collected information.

Ability to convert technical documentation to a Business understanding approach and vice versa.

Experience in IT Project Management and Agile Methodologies.
