IT Infrastructure Coordinator

Currently, we are seeking IT Infrastructure Coordinator who are eager to continue to evolve, thrive on challenges, and are ready to embark on a new opportunity.This is your chance to take on a pivotal role where you'll:

• Support and manage the company's IT platforms, ensuring availability and capacity to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain excellence in metrics, service quality, and response times.
• Deliver top-tier service by leveraging your technical expertise and people skills.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in datacenter operations (both physical and cloud environments).
• Proven expertise in solution architecture and requirement specification.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks and protocols.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platform administration.
• Competence in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL or Cobit (a plus).

Please note that this position is only open to candidates currently residing in Portugal or those who hold citizenship/a work visa allowing them to legally start working in Portugal within 30 days.
