Are you a savvy IT Process Manager seeking a new challenge? We want to know more about you!
Tell us about your:
experience in process design and management and associated reporting
experience in the management of initiatives to implement process improvements
ability to report results of initiatives
experience working with the ITIL framework and the most common practices (Problem management, Change enablement, Service configuration management, Incident management, …)
experience in IT projects (mandatory)
knowledge of BPMN, Agile and LEAN methodologies (mandatory)
knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices
willing to work 2 days per week in the office (Porto)
