THE ROLE

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of IT projects. This includes everything from gathering business requirements to project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Your expertise will ensure that our IT projects are delivered efficiently, meeting both time and budget constraints.

Specifically, we expect you to:

• Manage IT Projects: Oversee IT projects across various business areas, ensuring coordination of internal resources, adherence to project requirements, and meeting of deadlines and schedules.
• Define Project Scope: Clearly determine and define project scope and objectives, aligning them with business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, summarizing key details and progress.
• Relationship Management: Effectively manage relationships with all internal stakeholders.
• Meeting Coordination: Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring effective communication across the project team.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Engage, lead, and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory requirements:

• Previous experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong people management skills and a people-oriented approach.
• Advanced knowledge in Project Management principles and tools.
• Problem-solving mentality, with a focus on finding solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer and service-oriented mindset.
• High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Fluency in English.

Brownie Points:

• Certifications in Project Management.
• Experience in the e-commerce sector.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and other project management approaches.
• Familiarity or experience with the Shape Up methodology.
