Bridge351 is recruiting for a role that can be performed remotely: IT Recruiter: • Development of Recruitment processes in IT profiles; • Process management (Structure survey, Preparation of advertisements, Evaluation of applications/CVs, Pre-telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, etc...) Candidate profile: • Degree in relevant area: Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or similar; • Motivation for the Recruitment and Selection area; • Minimum experience of 6 months in IT recruitment; • Good learning and communication skills; • Persistent, dynamic and resilient; • I like teamwork; • Oriented to work towards objectives; • Proactivity and ability to work under pressure.
