IT Security Officer

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Degree in Information Technology (preferably with relevant knowledge in Cybersecurity);
• Project and/or program management experience in technology field;
• Excellent knowledge of programming best practices, design patterns;
• Demonstrable written communication skills with the ability to summarize key issues, conclusions and recommendations in report form;
• Experience of managing third party suppliers and ensuring strict adherence to budgets, timelines & milestones;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Good English level (mandatory);

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment between IT and business partners through appropriate committees;
• Organize and manage Steering’s with IT and Business. This will include representation of Application Security in key committees but also the preparation of dedicated steering to ensure appropriate oversight and decision making by stakeholders;
• Providing guidance and reviews to development teams through both entering projects early and by conducting periodic progress reviews to ensure good practices are followed and the project;
• Strengthen cybersecurity programs and cyber resilience / IT Continuity programs by ensuring data security risks are properly understood and addressed;
• Actively manage the team security book of work in partnership with Development team, security team and head of department.
