WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Support our service desk team
- Processing and monitoring of service requests and incidents
- Provision and support of hardware and software
- On Site Support at our locations in Portugal
- Occasional Travel to the Porto office may be required.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience as an IT service desk
- Experienced with ticket systems, software distributors and remote tools
- Experience in supporting Windows, Mac and iPhones
- Experience in the following areas is an advantage: Azure, M365, Jira, Insight, Jamf
- You have a hands-on mentality and stay calm when things get hectic around you.
- You are autonomous and willing to learn new things.
- You are a friendly and easy going person.
- You feel at ease in a relaxed and collegial company.
- Communicating in English is not an obstacle for you.
