This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience in IT support roles, providing assistance to end-users on IT systems, hardware, software, and services;
• Experience with remote desktop support and using helpdesk software;
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure, especially in managing Azure-based applications and services;
• Familiarity with installing, configuring, and maintaining devices, software, and systems in a Microsoft Azure environment;
• Basic knowledge of network systems, connectivity, and troubleshooting network issues;
• Understanding of basic security practices, including managing user access and security settings in Azure;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and provide timely and accurate support to users;
• Proficient in supporting a variety of software and hardware, including peripherals like printers and scanners;
• Fluency in English.
