What you will be doing:

You will be one of our first responders in an international team and assist with IT related support topics for internal users such as:

• Configure and maintain workstations according to company specifications for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
• Operate and maintain office hardware, including network devices and printers
• Manage devices using the Microsoft Intune platform
• Manage users and groups in our central user management & authentication system
• Track, manage, and monitor company inventory and assets
• Provide standard IT ticket support
• Technical onsite onboarding and offboarding of users & devices
• Assist with various everyday IT support duties based on your existing knowledge and experience
• Strong commitment to security workflows & security habits like updates and maintenance in a secure manner.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in IT Support role or similar role
• Proficient in hardware and operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux)
• Basic understanding of networks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft’s Company Portal Intune
• Generic knowledge in other Office-related Microsoft products
• Strong teamwork skills — we value collaboration!
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable with direct interaction with all our users
• Good documentation, planning and organization abilities
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
