IT- System Engineer

We are an internationally active and reliable partner in the development and manufacture of coffee machines and other high-quality electrical appliances.

Are you an IT expert with experience in the selection, installation, configuration, and maintenance of highly available and powerful server and storage systems or network solutions? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative team?

Your responsibilities:

- You are responsible for the selection, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and storage systems or network solutions such as servers, storage, SAN, NAS, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.

- You analyze the requirements of our customers and create technical concepts and solutions.

- You take on technical project management and coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners.

- You document your work and create operation manuals and training materials.

-You are the contact person for our internal customers for technical questions and issues.

 

Your profile:

- You have completed training or studies in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification.

- You have at least five years of professional experience as an IT Systems Engineer or in a similar position.

- You have in-depth knowledge and certifications in the areas of server and storage systems or network technologies, preferably from manufacturers such as Dell, HPE, IBM, NetApp, Cisco, Huawei, etc.

- You have experience in implementing IT projects according to common methods and standards.

- You have excellent Portuguese and English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional language skills, especially in German, are advantageous.

- You are willing to travel for business within Europe and occasionally worldwide.
