Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Systems Coordinator for one of our clients in the healthcare sector. A hospital service integrated into the National Health Service, present since 2012, in Lisbon.

 

What you will do:

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring information systems and their performance and stability, coordinating and monitoring the Data Center, gathering and analyzing functional requirements as well as validating changes in pre-production environments and acceptance testing. You will also have the responsibility to coordinate and monitor suppliers and contracts, develop installation and system implementation plans, ensure alignment of systems with the General Data Protection Regulation and cybersecurity best practices, task planning, and preparation of control and management documentation.

 

What you are like:

• Higher education in Information Management and Business Intelligence for Healthcare;
• Professional experience in the Healthcare sector in project management, change management, and implementations;
• Technical knowledge in ITIL, SQL/PL-SQL, Citrix, Power BI, SQL Server, Active Directory or Outsystems is valued;
• Understanding of the components of a hospital information system and the information circuits between them (HIS, EHR, RIS, PACS, LIS, etc); (Valued)
• Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with various hospital departments and administration;
• Ability to analyze and interpret incident data, system events, and database events to identify constraints or improvement opportunities;
• Self-learning ability through reverse-engineering and institutional processes.
