IT Technical Expert

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an  IT Technical Expert to work in this project in Porto.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Java Tech Lead and with Dynatrace;
- Knowledge of AWS cloud and ITG's organization and workings;
- Previous experience as a PM to structure and prioritize initiatives, plan tasks, lead and coordinate contributing teams, keep budgets;
- Expertise in MS Office;
- Fluent in English and French.

Main Activities:

- Validation of the deliverables of the Application decommissioning procedure;
- Supporting the adoption of Dynatrace Tool within the company;
- Give N2 support for the Dynatrace users;
- Ensure the quality and the security of Dynatrace adoption;
- Monitor application performance and availability with synthetic functionality;
- Create alerts based on metrics that are exceeded;
- Monitor the health status of applications through Dashboard creation;
- Being able to back up the member of the team in charge of AWS.
