What are we looking for?

• Technological specialization course or higher-level academic training in the IT area;
• Good knowledge of computer systems and other technology products;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Good communication/interpersonal relationship skills;
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux);
• General knowledge of end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, printing);
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues;
• Ability to accurately record issues and solutions in the ticketing system;
• Interest in updating knowledge and learning new technologies;
• Basic knowledge of Linux Servers, LDAP;
• Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
• Good level of English.
