We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinating projects to ensure adherence to best development practices, exploring innovative solutions, and assessing potential enhancements to existing systems;
  • Insights during Status Point meetings to gauge the current project status, identify new project opportunities, suggest improvements to ongoing processes and initiatives, determine the technical stack for new solutions, and evaluate the existing technical stack of active projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • 6+ years of experience with Java;
  • Proven experience in backend development with Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud for building scalable microservices architectures.
  • Extensive experience in frontend development using Angular 17, Typescript, and Node.js for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Artifactory to ensure automated and smooth deployment processes.
  • Experience with security technologies including SAML/SSO, OAuth/JWT, CORS, CSRF, and XSS prevention to ensure secure web applications.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL and SQLServer for designing and managing scalable database systems.
  • Experience designing microservices and implementing architectural patterns such as API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, Backends for Frontends (BFF), Event Sourcing, and CQRS.
  • Experience with application servers like Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTPD/IBM IHS, and RedHat JBoss for deploying Java applications.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting (sh/bash) for automating system-level tasks and infrastructure management.
  • Experience working with containers and virtual machines, as well as secure communication via SSH/SCP.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and project management using Jira, Poker Planning, and user stories;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 mandatory);
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite, in Porto;
  • Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Residence Permit (eliminatory factor).
