Java Tech Lead (French Speaker)

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Experience leading development teams;
• Ability to estimate tasks, resolve blockers, and track KPIs like task progress;
• Experience conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring team output meets standards;
• Hands-on development experience with Java (version 17);
• Previous experience working with Angular for frontend, Spring Boot and Camel for backend;
• Contact with Maven, Git (Bitbucket), Sonar, Nexus for build and version control;
• Demonstrated experience using Docker and Kubernetes as deployment tools;
• Proficiency in building web services with REST (JSON) and SOAP (XML);
• Prior experience working with JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber/Gherkin for testing;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with international teams;
• Familiarity with financial systems.
