We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Design solutions that meet specified requirements and comply with the organization's business rules;
• Regulatory rules of the business/brands;
• Existing functional architecture rules within the organization;
• Best practices in functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, sequence diagrams, logic design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), information mapping between systems, etc.)
• Assist and collaborate with other teams to ensure functional deliverables (Business; Development; Testing; Support; Operations;)
   

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or demonstrated experience in IT projects;
• Proficiency in Power Designer tool (plus);
• Knowledge in Information Management (desirable);
• Proficiency in functional analysis techniques (interviews, identification of actors, methods, tools, interfaces, and systems);
• Expertise in process design (BPMN);
• Knowledge in data modelling (both logical and conceptual levels) - essential;
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese (≥B1, mandatory).
