Junior Business Central Consultant

Overview 

The Group ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, i.e. BC)  Functional Consultant’s overall objective is to ensure smooth operations of the group ERP activities by providing support to our local BC contacts (either Key Business Users or IT Team members) as well as develop our ERP further by enhancing existing installations or further deploying it in other group companies. 

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Group ERP (BC) Functional Consultant is to make use of Business Requirements and Functional Analysis, Solution Design and System Setup expertise to: 

• Support the ERP operations and fix identified issues 

• Participate or lead in the deployment of the group ERP solution

For the two above responsibilities, the following activities will take place: 

• Identify and validate business needs leading to documented and approved Functional Requirements Definitions (FRD) documents (or the equivalent for enhancements: Change Requests Business Requirements and Functional Specifications). 

• Participate in the design, building (BC setup and/or monitoring/interaction with the developer) and testing of the solutions (both internal IT system and integration testing as well as UAT). 

Profile

As a result, the expected profile for this role would be as follows: 

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other equivalent qualifications. Professional certifications are a plus. 

• English speaking. Other languages, especially French is a plus. 

Open to travel in any country where Promasidor operates.
