What are you going to do?

 

  • Overseeing and controlling user access permissions in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, known as Sigma.
  • Guiding and supporting users in navigating our self-service platform to request access rights.
  • Creating and maintaining access profiles in Sigma for different roles and responsibilities within the organization.
  • Developing and updating business profiles that teams can use to streamline their access requirements.
  • Continuously improving the access rights model for our corporate applications, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Handling user accounts and permissions in specific applications, ensuring proper access levels are maintained.
  • Promoting and enforcing the principle of least privilege by coaching users, conducting initial controls, and participating in annual re-certification campaigns to ensure access levels are appropriate and up to date.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Engineer or related;
  • +1 years experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools, such as Service Now;
  • Previous experience in managing users and group memberships in Active Directory ;
  • Previous experience with user account management in cloud platforms (plus);
  • Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and French (≥B2, mandatory).
