Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participation in the purchasing process and supplier management;
- Collaborating in the continuous and organized sourcing of new national and international suppliers (considering the criteria of price, quality, service and sustainability);
- Analyzing and evaluating requests, selecting suppliers, launching consultations, analyzing proposals, including financial and risk proposals, interacting with and accompanying the respective technical areas in selecting the best proposals for the shortlist, negotiating, closing the analysis and awarding contracts;
- Market analysis to make the most of purchases and optimize costs;
- Collaborating in the supplier qualification and assessment process;
- Interaction with internal and external entities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a IT Buyer;
- Knowledge of IT: hardware, software, licensing models, capacity analysis and solutions, etc;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strong critical and argumentative skills;
- Analytical, organizational and financial analysis skills;
- Fluency in English will be valued.
