ABOUT THE JOB OPENING

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR PRODUCT OWNER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Junior Product Owner, you will work within a Product and Development team to support the planning and execution of projects. You will assist other Product Owners in the Service Hub Project, by carrying out Product Operations activities. You will ensure proper documentation of requirements and user flows and enable the implementation of Agile processes, while providing visibility to all members involved in the Project.

They manage and optimize internal processes, coordinate communication between teams, and oversee project management tasks. This role involves analyzing data to improve workflows, implementing operational best practices, and ensuring seamless collaboration across different departments.

 

YOU WILL

  • Support the entire Product Development team with operational excellence.
  • Support the mapping of requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist on cross-functional communications and alignment.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Product to contribute to the backlog and identify impacts and edge cases.
  • Enforce organization and an Agile mindset by supporting the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
  • Perform Product Operations activities, such as:
    • Maintenance and configuring of tools used in the product development lifecycle.
    • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs.
    • Creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge bases regarding standards, product guidelines, and product development processes.
    • Improving product quality by ensuring an adequate mapping of impact areas of new features.
    • Contributing to continuous improvement of Product development processes by identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks and potential solutions.

 

YOU HAVE

  • Experience working at the intersection of business, user/customer and IT (nice-to-have).
  • Understanding of Product Management and Product development processes.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence, or other similar tools for project management and issue tracking (nice-to-have).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze processes and data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-solving mindset to propose solutions to identified inefficiencies.
  • Commitment to transparency and open communication.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and process management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time.
