We are a Portuguese startup in the natural supplements industry looking for a hands-on Junior Retention to join our dynamic team and drive our customer retention efforts.
We are a healthcare company focused on making chemicals redundant through nature and science.
What you'll be doing:
Implement a strategy to reduce churn and increase customer retention
Implement targeted retention campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience
