Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
- At Least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and frameworks, such as Scrum to help teams monitor and identify points for improvement;
- Knowledge of Java programming and digital payments will be valued;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Availability for hybrid work (3 times a week in the office - Alfragide) - Mandatory,
