We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Lean Change Agent (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisboa) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • You have supported several teams successfully implementing Lean/Kanban; • Knowledge and experience working in Scrum is a Plus; • Deep experience in mediating conflicts; • Good moderation/facilitation skills; • Empathetic; • Ability to transform ideas into actions; • Fluent in English.
