Adecco Recruitment is now recruiting for a prestigious client, that intends to expand its team with a Legal Counsel (M/F), Aveiro. Responsibilities Monitoring, analysis and implementation of legislative and regulatory novelties; Support the implementation of changes in business and processes; Monitoring of ADENEs quarterly audits. Legal assistance to processes; -Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, with customers, suppliers, business partners and governmental authorities; -Maintaining a strong understanding of the company contract templates and policies in relation to risk. Profile Communication skills (oral and written) Autonomy and decision-making skills (risk taking) Sound knowledge of Law and Legal system Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association At least 4 years experience in a Company or Law firm (at least 3 years post Bar internship) Advanced English (Mandatory)
