Role Overview:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to reinforce our teams, for the 2nd largest automotive parts supplier worldwide, working with almost all brands in order to create and develop applications for the automotive sector.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for define and develop the server infrastructure as code for our Automotive Apps Market, Assure scalability of our backend components, tune of the frontend servers and contribute to the overall architectural design to meet Customer SLAs, install and maintain operating environments, monitor these operating environments and respond effectively to any problems and ensure the security of the infrastructure requirements.

What you are like:

• 3+ years of experience supporting internet-facing production services and distributed systems;
• Previous experience with Linux server environment (ubuntu, alpine);
• Experience with AWS public cloud (EKS, RDS, EC2, ElastiCache)
• Experience with Kubernetes and related stack (linkerd, helm, prometheus, ingress)
• Experience with configuration management tools (terraform, packer);
• Experience with webserver (nginx, apache);
• Knowledge of open source software for monitoring and automatization (check_mk, cloudwatch, grafana);
• Awareness and experience on scalability issues and knowledge of sharding, clustering, balancing;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (jenkins, argo CD, GitHub actions);
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (http(s), tcp/ip, udp, ssh or other);
• Fluency with at least one scripting language (bash, python, perl, or other);
• Experience with containerization (docker).
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
