Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. descrição da função/job description
●Achieve project objectives to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations

●Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations)
●Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management
●Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
●Accountable for the on time, on cost, on quality delivery of the project to the Customer
●Manages a portfolio of small projects in front of Customer from deal signature until deal closure (including invoicing) and lessons learnt
●Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt
●Providing a factual analysis of any Customer, Vendor or third party claims relating to projects under the jobholder’s leadership

requisitos/requirements
●5 years in a program/ project management role with customer facing responsibilities in international environments.
●5 years Experienced in Operations and Contract execution
●Excellent written and spoken English level Customer Service oriented
