What are you going to do?

• Managing user access permissions in the internal IAM-Sigma system;
• Train users on how to use our self-service platform to request access rights;
• Creating and maintaining access profiles in our IAM system;
• Creating and maintaining commercial profiles for use by the teams;
• Maintaining and improving the access rights model for business applications as required;
• Managing user accounts and permissions in specific applications;
• Enforcing the least privilege access model by training users, carrying out level 1 controls and participating in annual recertification campaigns.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in managing users and group memberships in Active Directory;
• Good level of English and French- B2 (mandatory);
• Knowledge of ticketing tools, such as Service Now;
• Previous experience with user account management in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus;
• Hybrid work in Porto area;
• If you live in Europe and are interested in our opportunities, you need to move to Portugal.
