We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What are you going to do?
- Manage and further develop the M365 infrastructure and services as part of the product team;
- Provide support for M365 services, including Exchange Online/On-Prem, Teams, and SharePoint Online;
- Handle incident, change, release, and lifecycle management of M365 platforms, including 24/7 on-call service;
- Offer technical support for employees regarding IT infrastructure issues, including PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN), and workplace applications;
- Act as the single point of contact for user or infrastructure problems and collaborate closely with support teams.
What are we looking for?
- Proven professional experience with M365 services and Exchange, staying up to date with the latest technological developments;
- Comfortable working in a complex and highly critical system landscape;
- Strong customer orientation, confident communication, and a high level of service understanding;
- Experience in IT support for PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN), and workplace applications is desirable;
- Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell and Power Automate is a plus;
- Higher education in IT or a comparable qualification;
- Proficient in English and German (written and oral);
- French (written and oral) is a plus;
- Willingness to travel.
