Mid/Senior Automation Tester

What will you be doing?

• Develop automated tests for Web applications;
• Develop automated tests for APIs;
• Build and maintain an automated testing framework;
• Set up and configure a continuous testing process;
• Participate in project and development meetings;
• Ensure the quality of testing for all delivered developments and upgrades;
• Collaborate closely with all relevant parties to fully understand the functionality to be tested;
• Provide accurate estimates for all required work;
• Offer detailed information to development teams to facilitate optimal resolution of bugs and provide any necessary further assistance;
• Ensure all work meets expectations and company quality standards;
• Maintain a good level of teamwork, proactively identifying issues and suggesting solutions;
• Effectively prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Contribute to the improvement of existing testing methods to increase quality and reduce cost;
• Champion and encourage adherence to agreed testing practices.
   

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field;
• 2+ years of experience in QA Automation;
• Experience in Gherkin, Selenium, and Cucumber;
• Knowledge of Java (plus);
• Experience with Agile methodology testing (Functional/Non-Functional);
• Experience on performance test (plus);
• Fluency in English (B2), both written and spoken (mandatory);
• Available for a hybrid work model (2 times per week in the office – Lisbon).
