Your tasks as Java Developer with AWS

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer with AWS knowledge to join our team. As a mid/senior developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our software applications.

• Develop, test, and deploy Java applications using AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix issues promptly
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with DevOps team to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications meet the latest standards and practices

What we are looking for:

If you are passionate about agile methodologies and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java Development, including working knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries (mandatory)
• Familiarity with AWS services and ability to deploy applications using AWS resources
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• German B2/C1; English C1-C2 (mandatory)
• THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION FROM ESSEN
• The candidates must be in Germany (with a valid work visa) or have European citizenship and be willing to relocate to Germany.
