Currently, we are seeking a Mobile Ticket Delivery Specialist who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of mobile tickets to customers through mobile apps, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and user satisfaction;
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare mobile Apps for ticket delivery;
- Coordinate with ticketing operations managers to facilitate the seamless delivery of mobile tickets to purchasers;
- Provide technical support and assistance to operations managers regarding mobile ticketing apps, platforms, and related technologies;
- Monitor and analyse mobile ticket delivery processes, identifying and resolving issues or inefficiencies to improve overall performance;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance mobile ticketing functionality, usability, and security;
- During events, participate in onsite operations and help with mobile ticket troubleshooting, and/or access control operations.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, telecommunication, or a related field preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile app operation, digital ticketing, e-commerce, or a related field;
- Familiarity with mobile ticketing technologies, platforms, and industry standards;
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users;
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written);
- Hybrid Position;
- Available for international traveling.
