Must-Have:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• An online portfolio or showreel is crucial for showcasing your artistic style and technical expertise, so ensure it’s included in your application
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects for designing, editing, and animating motion graphics
• Strong skills in the wider Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional gaming experiences
• Ability to think critically and analytically, consistently seeking ways to enhance both the product and the process
• Capability to accurately estimate your creative tasks during the planning phase
• Excellent communication skills: feel encouraged to ask questions, maintain curiosity, and communicate openly and promptly
• A proactive mindset: as a fast-paced startup, it’s important to stay aligned with the team while also having the opportunity to learn and ask questions

Would be great if you have:

• Fundamental understanding of Expression scripting
• Experience with Spine animations
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D
• Prior design experience on multiple platforms and devices
• Strong illustration and drawing capabilities
