Job Description:
- Explore New Markets: Identify and attract new clients to expand our business base
- Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement innovative strategies to drive company growth
- Generate and Boost Leads: Demonstrate skill in creating valuable contacts and converting leads into business opportunities
- Present Our Services: Conduct prospecting meetings to promote our IT Consulting and Nearshoring services, offered in Time & Materials and Team as a Service collaboration models
- Manage Client Portfolio: Create and oversee a portfolio of national and international clients
- Client Engagement: Provide personalized solutions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process
- Recruit Technology Talent: Lead the recruitment and selection of high-level technology profiles
Must-Have:
- Skilled in identifying and developing business opportunities
- Experienced in International Business Development, ideally within Nearshore markets
- Strong relational skills and ability to generate solid business relationships with potential customers
- People-oriented mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership
- Decisive leader willing to take risks and think creatively
- Willingness to travel regularly to connect with clients and pursue business opportunities in Central/Northern Europe and North America
- Fluent in English and German
Would be great if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
- Experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector
- Experience recruiting in the IT sector
- French speaking is a plus
