Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting with Switch Owners in case of configuration problems with Network Devices;
• Supporting in troubleshooting incidents related to lack of connectivity of switches/routers/firewalls/WLC, in conjunction with the equipment owners, to restore equipment connectivity with the DataHub, thus ensuring data flow between active network equipment and the Data Hub;
• Monitoring compliance in sending information between DataHub and ITAM;
• Verifying and ensuring that all active network equipment maintains connectivity with the DataHub, thus ensuring data flow between active network equipment and the Data Hub;
• Advanced support in registering Network Devices in ITAM;
• Supporting equipment owners in registering active network devices in ITAM;
• Support in monitoring service levels with the service management team;
• Advanced support in infrastructure configuration tasks (i.e. Juniper, netflow, wlan, scalance, RADIUS, IP Helper);
• Monitoring configuration levels by the supplier;
• Technical meetings with providers;
• Weekly team meetings.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Computer Networks is mandatory. (minimum 3 years of experience – corporate environment);
• CCNA (mandatory) CCNP - is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite;
• Scripting knowledge (bash / powershell) is a plus;
• Knowledge in Linux is a plus;
• Ability to research and troubleshoot problems;
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
