Network Manager

Currently, we are seeking a Network Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the availability and performance of terminals;
• Managing requests/incidents on terminals, identifying the cause and corresponding solution, and ensuring supplier support and intervention within the contracted SLAs;
• Supporting the analysis and resolution of incidents/breakdowns with suppliers and/or customers;
• Preventive maintenance management of the network, analyzing the performance of each network to introduce preventive practices with suppliers;
• Managing relationships with maintenance and technical assistance suppliers;
• Supporting Network Management Technicians by providing support and guidance when necessary in various activities.

Requirements:

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (preferably Access and Excel);
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Experience with MS Project, ServiceNow and Grafana are a plus;
• Dynamic, organized, and a good team player;
• Ability to organize and plan;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and customer orientation;
• Analytical, synthesis, and critical evaluation skills;
• Assertive communication;
• Good at time management and prioritization.
