Currently, we are seeking a Operations Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of ticketing operations that take place in the venues;
- Prepare onsite logistics for ticket sales and/or distribution at events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction;
- Plan, manage, and recruit temporary staff to deliver onsite operations;
- Plan and allocate various daily tasks to the onsite operations team (including volunteers);
- Train all onsite staff to deliver onsite operations for ticket sales and/or access control operations;
- Liaise with venue staff, event organizers, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, emergencies, or special requests;
- During events, provide onsite technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing and access control systems;
- Document and report incidents, resolutions, and equipment malfunctions for post- event analysis and improvement;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Masters’ degree in IT, security management, business, or a related field preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing, in major sports events or large international events, in a relevant role;
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written);
- Hybrid Position;
- Available for international traveling.
