What are you going to do?

• Monitor database performance and implement changes when required;
• Perform database tuning and optimization;
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies;
• Develop and maintain replication routines;
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues;
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions;
• Create and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• +3 years of proven experience as an Oracle DBA;
• Proficiency in Oracle database management (mandatory);
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices;
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization;
• Knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery processes;
• Experience with Oracle Golden Gate for data replication and integration (nice to have);
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based database management (nice to have);
• Familiarity with the telecom industry, particularly mobile networks (nice to have);
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
