Pega Product Owner

Stefanini is hiring a Product Owner experienced with Pega's low-code platform to join one of our clients operating in Mechelen, Belgium.

Work-model: hybrid

 

Role responsibilities:

• Lead the Pega delivery for value stream initiatives with focus on achieving business goals and meeting customer needs;
• Drive the Team the right functionality , aligning with business goals and customer requirements;
• Own, refine and prioritize the backlog, making strategic additions, modifications and removals to enhance product development efficiency;
• Lead the Agile Scrum product team, providing direction to the Team members collaborate with stakeholders in other delivery teams, ensuring successful end-to-end;
• Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, both on business as on technical side foresting collaboration beyond Scrum Master;
• Ensure a commitment to delivering high-quality products, with a strong focus on quality assurance and testing;
• Navigate changing priorities and involving project requirements with adaptability and flexibility;
• Reinforce the importance of a customer-centric approach, aligning product development with customer satisfaction;

 

Required skills:

• People leader with at least 7 years of experience in software-based solutions;
• Experience as a Product Owner in Agile Environment;
• High standards of communications. Clearly, communicate across technology and business teams;
• Solid understanding of digital technologies and best practices;
• Advance knowledge of process and software modelling;
• Strong communication skills for Team engagement, facilitation, mentorship and conflict resolution;
• Good interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-based environment;
• Fluency in English, mandatory
