Work place: Lisbon Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00(1h break) Possible discounted accommodation in Lisbon Start date: 04/12/2023, 02/01/2024 Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing technical support to corporate clients. Your role will involve identifying, investigating, and resolving issues, both over the phone and through online channels. Support for Microsoft (SMBs) customers and Microsoft partners on technical matters; Phone and written contact via emails; Resolution of technical issues in contact with administrators, IT managers, and other specialists; Providing relevant feedback to other teams; Technical topics include software such as Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365. Basic knowledge of these topics is required for this position. You will need: Fluency in Polish (at least C1 level); Communicative level of English (at least B2); Experience in IT, e.g., technical support; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Offer: Salary without accommodation: €1417 gross Salary with accommodation (room in a shared apartment with bills included): €1300 gross First contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent contract after 2 years (or extending the previous contract); Public and private health insurance provided by the employer; IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD: Airport pickup and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal; Flight cost reimbursement after 9 months from the first day of employment; Accommodation in the city; Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports activities, and other integration opportunities.
