Principal Engineer for Transformation (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisboa)

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Principal Engineer for Transformation (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisboa) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • Computer science degree or equivalent; • Extensive professional experience (>5 years) as Senior/Principal Engineer, Software Architect, or Technical Leader; • Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments on AWS, with a deep knowledge of cloud design patterns and best practices; • Demonstrated expertise in IT transformation projects, including IT process modernization, transitioning from monolithic architectures to microservices, and gradual migration from on-premise to cloud environments; • Experience with Java, SpringBoot, AWS, API Management, and related technologies; • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to evangelize new technologies and methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Experience mentoring junior engineers - or a strong desire to be a mentor - is a plus; • You are a genuine team player with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible; • A deep working knowledge of English is required.
