Process Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will design, optimise, and review internal processes to ensure they meet the company’s standards and certifications. You’ll play a key role in governance, supporting the approval and communication of processes while collaborating with teams across the organisation to guarantee their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design, Optimisation, and Review:
  • Analyse and map existing processes, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Monitor process performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure all processes comply with relevant standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001;
  • Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to certifications;
  • Work closely with data teams to evaluate process impact and compliance.
• Governance:
  • Contribute to the approval and communication of new policies and procedures;
  • Support team training on processes and best practices;
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of implemented processes.

Candidate Profile

• A degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (certifications and relevant professional experience are a plus);
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with excellent analytical, organisational, and time-management skills;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively;
• A proactive approach to learning and embracing new challenges;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards is highly valued;
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
