- Degree in IT Management, Business Management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Process Manager responsible for process audits and data analysis;
- Good Knowledge of Process Management Methodologies such as Lean and/or Six Sigma;
- Knowledge of BPM Software like Bizagi;
- Previous contact with IT (Information Technology) environment will be valued;
- Dynamism and good comunication abilities;
- Proactivity;
- Good level of English.
