Process Optimisation Senior Analyst

We are looking a Project Optimisation Senior Analyst for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid model).

What we are offering:

• Create solutions to correct inefficiencies and deliver additional value for the experience in automation/Process Mining within our team;
• Will have significant exposure to automation techniques;
• Experience in managing project teams and analyzing and simplifying end-to-end processes.
   

Responsabilities:

• Managing relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels;
• Assist in generating and prioritizing opportunities across a variety of customer groups in Process Solutions.
• Lead projects independently or in collaboration with other workflows and team members;
• You will also be responsible for evaluating potential implementations of automation/process mining enhancements, business cost/benefit cases, as well as change management activities to guide/support business readiness for go-live transition.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) and Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certification;
• At least 2 years of experience in analyzing and redesigning complex, multi-functional business processes;

• Experience in leading medium-profile projects/change management activities and with various BPM-related tools;

• Experience in change management projects and process optimization initiatives and in improving service processes across various functions throughout the organization;
• Experience in stakeholder management and with Agile methodology;

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
