Role Overview:

Neotalent is looking for a Product Manager with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries – offices in Lisbon (hybrid).

What you will do:

• Managing the budget and revenues of the project team (LOA, Project, customer demands);
• Providing costs of the service and supporting Product Manager to build adequate costing/pricing;
• Defining and controlling spending in respect with budget targets for Projects and LOA (lights-on activities);
• Identifying action plans to increase cost efficiency;
• Delivering the road map inline with the objectives defined;
• Providing clear visibility on OS life-cycle for each target platform and In-Place upgrade road map;
• Ensuring the quality of services of the team scope;
• Contributing to product life-cycle: Demand Management, Product backlog grooming and road map definition;
• Building and maintaining trust relationships with key-users to keep track of real-life usage of the solution and remain aligned with user needs;

What you are like:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Expertise on end-to-end IT Technology architecture in a large-scale production environment (end-to-end architecture from hardware, infrastructure to application layers);
• Expertise with the Agile and DevOps methodology;
• Expertise of Quality of Service accountability (SLA management, ITIL processes, …);
• Expertise of working in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
