Our client is a reference company in the market for car travel. Aggregating more than 2,000 owned vehicles plus the motorhomes, motorhomes and other recreational vehicles of numerous individual and professional hosts, they operate in the US and 15 European countries - Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands , Belgium, Sweden, Portugal, Croatia, Norway and Iceland - and are physically present in more than 50 cities and is looking for a Product Manager Associate/Specialist for their team.

descrição da função/job description

• Engage with the business and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement algorithms and flowcharts.
• Own your code from end-to-end, writing clean, reusable, and efficient code, and deploying it to production.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing code.
• Proactively recommend and execute system improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Actively participate in SCRUM events.
• Have sufficient knowledge of AWS services, Docker containers, Git/GitHub, and deployment pipelines.
• Communicate fluently in Portuguese and/or English.

requisitos/requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant (3+ years) experience managing a product, either as a PM or as an entrepreneur.
• Experience in a fast-paced or disruptive B2C or B2B digital product with customers in multiple countries.
• Strong track record in delivering ecommerce B2C digital products with millions of monthly users and a focus on paid conversion/large ticket size.
• Analytical - proven ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations based on data and findings.
• Business Oriented - ability to make decisions by understanding the implications on the business model.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying problems and designing solutions, owning the business outcome those would have.
• Strong project management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, having demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at scale.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
