Product Owner

Profile: - Graduate’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; - Professional proficiency in English; - Strong understanding of financial markets, financial products, financial technology, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements; - 2+ years of software development product ownership experience; - Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus. Responsibilities: - Clearly communicate and understand the product vision, goals, and priorities to the engineering team; - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and ensure a shared understanding of the product's functionality and objectives; - Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value to the customer and business; - Act as a liaison between stakeholders, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and incorporating inputs into the product backlog; - Determine and prioritize items in the product backlog for each sprint, based on business value, customer feedback, and dependencies. Participate in sprint planning sessions; - Participate in sprint reviews to assess completed work and ensure the delivered product meets acceptance criteria and business needs; - Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement; - Use data analytics and KPIs to evaluate feature success, measure product performance, and identify areas for enhancement.
